About Us

Wife and mother of 4 grown children, I've spent many years of my adult life trying to find the special talent that I know we all have.  As I spent my early morning quiet time each day seeking a stronger connection to God, I was surprised to find myself writing poetry.  My family and friends encouraged me to share my gift and as a result, Dorothys Gift was born.  My hope is to encourage and  help us all remember to spread faith, joy, kindness, and most of all love for each other.  

Dorothys Gift is named in honor of my mother, who loved unconditionally.
