There are no minimum order restrictions.

Most orders are shipped within 5 days or sooner.

Each piece is gift boxed ready to give or to treat yourself.

Your Privacy will be protected.  No information you provide will be passed on to anyone.

Care of Jewelry:  Sterling silver will tarnish if kept out in air.   Proper storage of your silver chains will keep them looking brand new for any desired length of time.

When storing, avoid sunlight and moisture and humidity
The best way to store your Silver is sealed in the small
Ziploc bag provided.

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately to let me know and to get authorization for the return.  Return in original condition postmarked within 7 days of receipt.  Refunds cannot be made for items returned postmarked more than 7 days after you receive the item if you haven’t contacted me.

I guarantee my jewelry.  If your jewelry breaks in the course of normal wear, I will repair or replace it free. 

Custom personal orders take longer due to the interaction between us to get the perfect poem.  Please let me know if you are in a rush and I’ll do my best to get it to you when you need it.

All personal orders are nonrefundable but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return them for anything else in stock.
